While we take every step to deliver our solar-dried fruits and snacks safely, we understand there may be rare cases where you need support. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for Barefruit orders.
Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

As our snacks are natural food products, not meant for return
Refund & Replacement Policy

No refunds are issued once the order is shipped.

Refunds will only be considered in case of verified damage during transit.

To qualify, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video + images).

Once approved, we will send a replacement product within 7 days.
Conditions Not Covered

Damages caused by neglect, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refunds/replacements.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Barefruit orders.

Full payment is required before processing any order.
