Refund & Returns Policy – Barefruit Solar-Dried Fruits

At Barefruit, we believe in being transparent and honest with our customers. While we take every step to deliver our solar-dried fruits and snacks safely, we understand there may be rare cases where you need support. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for Barefruit orders.

Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.

• As our snacks are natural food products, not meant for return

Refund & Replacement Policy

• No refunds are issued once the order is shipped.

• Refunds will only be considered in case of verified damage during transit.

• To qualify, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video + images).

• Once approved, we will send a replacement product within 7 days.

Conditions Not Covered

• Damages caused by neglect, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refunds/replacements.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Barefruit orders.

• Full payment is required before processing any order.
