At Barefruit by Raheja Solar Food Processing Pvt. Ltd., we believe in being transparent and honest with our customers. While we take every step to deliver our solar-dried fruits and snacks safely, we understand there may be rare cases where you need support. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for Barefruit orders.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
- As our snacks are natural food products, not meant for return
Refund & Replacement Policy
- No refunds are issued once the order is shipped.
- Refunds will only be considered in case of verified damage during transit.
- To qualify, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video + images).
- Once approved, we will send a replacement product within 7 days.
Conditions Not Covered
- Damages caused by neglect, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refunds/replacements.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Barefruit orders.
- Full payment is required before processing any order.
